Party Gaming received accreditation from e-Commerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance for three of their online gambling sites, Party Poker, Party Casino, and Empire Poker. eCOGRA is an institution that helps provide assessment services for the EGBA, the European Gaming and Betting Association. On their website, www.ecogra.org, they say “eCOGRA, a non-profit organization, is the independent standards authority of the online gaming industry, specifically overseeing fair gaming, player protection and responsible operator conduct. The function that eCOGRA performs protects those who engage in online gaming where it is lawful.”

Party Gaming is a member of the EGBA and gladly accepted the eCOGRA accreditation, with CEO Jim Ryan saying, “Party Gaming is committed to responsible gaming and we want all of our players to play on our online sites for the right reason, to have fun and play within their means. These new seals show our sites provide our players with a high level of protection backed by our EGBA membership and eCOGRA accreditation.

eCOGRA CEO Andrew Beveridge said in his announcement “After extensive testing and inspection by the eCOGRA professional compliance team, Party Gaming passed with flying colors. Our independent directors have awarded the revocable “Safe and Fair” seal and are satisfied that PartyCasino.com, PartyPoker.com, and EmpirePoker.com meet the required standards for responsible gaming, player protection, management and fiscal integrity and operational best practice.”
