Better late than never! The (almost) full download version of PartyPoker for Macs was released yesterday. This version runs very smooth and runs 10,000x better then party poker on virtual PC. You can download it right from PartyPoker.com
The new Mac software works great, except it is lacking a tournament lobby. So Mac tournament and sng players are out of luck for now. Although having no access to tournaments is a big drawback, I’m extremely thrilled that there’s a download partypoker for Macs. It can only get better from here.

I’m not sure what you mean by banned from cache. I’ve never had an issue with this. Maybe you need to adjust your web browser settings?
PartyPoker (anywhere version), PokerRoom, and Pacific Poker are the only three established poker sites that offer web browser versions. There’s a few other, but most are smaller skins of pokerroom.
